Chill. It's just part of life.

Today is the end of February.
Roughly 3 months more to go before I end my chambering life.
And I promise you that I'll blog something interesting after I become a jobless girl okay.

This is just a short update on what's happening in February.

#1 Date with my awesome GFF in pak Putra.
I was having a tiring day. Face also look like shit.

#2 Dock Brief in court with Mr. David.
Had our lunch 'date' in OldTown.

8 Treasures Bowl

 Chicken Chop

David

#3 Lepaking session a day before the boyfriend flew back
Borneo for his Chinese New year holidays.

#4 Brunch with boyfie in Kenny Rogers.

#5 My ex husband - Lynette came back Melaka during one of the weekends.
Decided to yumcha with her and Jr.
Had a great talk about our working life.
Gossip Girls Chambering Season.

#6 Received my BR1M and redeemed for extra pocket money.
Thank you so much for your generosity.
But wait.... seems like everything is starting to increase.
So what's the point of giving some cash when in return the citizens have to
pay even more to the Government?
Example: The filing fees in court will be increased double (kalau tak silap)
starting from 1st of March 2013.
OH MY GOD! I love my country so much.
xoxo.

Hard Rock Cafe Melaka

Ever since Hard Rock opens in Melaka, I have always wanted to go there.
Unfortunately my working life does not permit me to do that.

So for those who doesn't know the existence of this WONDERFUL place. Now after reading my post, make sure you know about it's existence!

I've always heard that this is the so called 'high class' kind of place where they serve extra expensive foods and drinks which I find it true. LOL.
This is not a place where you can visit almost everyday la of course. But the kind of place where you can go at least once or twice a month.

It is located in Jonker street. Quite close to Stadthuys also known as the Red Square/Red House situated in the heart of Melaka Town.

 Taaadddaaaa~

With the love of my life *hearts*

Super big Hard Rock guitar statue at the main entrance.

 Hard Rock Cafe crews.

Love their collections as part of their interior displays.

The price is 2 to 3 times more expensive than other Cafes.

 OOTD
okay this angle makes me looked fat T__T
but it's the only solo full length shot that I've got.
FML! I blame the camera guy.

 Pineapple juice

 Mango Cooler
(by far one of the most expensive juice I've ever had)
(I think so la) Double the price of a starbucks frap.

Twisted Mac Chicken and Cheese

Black Pepper Steak

I'm not going to disclose the price of the food.
But the range are from RM20+ up to RM100+ per meal.
As for the drinks, I'm not that sure but RM10 should be the cheapest that you can find.

The portion of the food is quite okay. Not too big and not too small. Just nice.
The taste is also quite good.
So if you're looking for a nice place to dine in with lovely ambiance and tasty food, do give them a visit.

The toilet.

They even provide a parking space for customers.
Make sure you get your parking ticket stamped at the entrance before leaving the Cafe.
Guest of Hard Rock Cafe only pays RM5 for the first 2 hours and subsequent RM3 an hour whereas for non-guest, you'll have to pay RM10 within the first 2 hours and subsequent RM5 an hour.

So make sure you'll get your ticket stamp alright? Unless you're a filthy rich bastard who doesn't mind about forking another extra RM5, then you can just ignore my advise. thank you.

Pay your ticket at this counter above.
There's no ticket machine. Pay it manually to a HUMAN BEING.
Like oh my god right! What era is it now? Where got people pay to another human being la?
Okay I'm just being silly. Of course you'll do still find this extinct tradition. lol

That is how I celebrated my second belated Valentine.
Thanks for the nice dinner baby. Although there's no flowers or chocolates or gifts on that particular day *sobs* what to do......
hahahahahah!!!
Okay I'll stop being a drama queen.
Thanks for everything sayang.

ps: Hard Rock Cafe has a night live band after 10pm everyday.

Shall end my post with me, myself and I picture.
-adios-

My Valentine - 10 Things I Hate About You

This year Valentine was different.
It falls within the festive season - Chinese New Year and at the same time I'm working on that day.
To make things worst, the boy is happily enjoying his holidays back in his hometown.

However, this year is one of the years where I should engrave its memory as I've had sort of 'celebrated' my Valentine in a special way - that is to join a contest.

Few weeks before Valentine, Mahkota Parade was organizing a Valentine contest.
The theme was 10 Things I hate About You

All you have to do was to type 10 things that you 'hate' about your partner.
Of course not literally 'hate' hate that meaning.

All you have to do was to type 10 things that you hate about your partner and enclose a picture of both of you together and also to get the most 'likes' in Facebook shall be the winners.

There's ONE grand prize that worth about RM700 (1 x Carlo Rino Handbag, 1 x Yves Rocher product, 1 x Teddy and RM200 Parkson Voucher)

FIVE consolation prize worth RM200 (1 x Body Shop products, 1 x Teddy and RM50 Parkson Voucher)

The results were released on Valentine's Day itself. I've received a phone call from the Management congratulating me and asked me to collect my gift.

I would like to thank to those who voted for me. Also to Mahkota Parade for organizing the contest.
Without you people, there's no way I'm going to win. By the way, I think this is my first time winning a contest ._______.

And I would like to thank to Miss Jess for asking me to join the contest. lol.

 My entry

 My consolation prize.

Cute Teddy sponsored by Parkson, White Musk Sun Glow Limited Edition Body Puree worth RM55 and Eau De Toilette which aslo known as lightly scented perfume which worth RM85

Some of you might wonder what's the difference between EDT (Eau De Toilette) and EDP (Eau De Parfum). Well, EDT is actually used as skin refresher or like a body mist. The scent does not linger on your body for a long period. As for EDP, it provides a long lasting fragrance compared to the former one.

EDP is slightly more costly compared to EDT.
Make sure you check the sign before buying.

 Letter from Hektar Property

Roses from the boyfie. Received it before V's day.
hahaha cheapo. Trying to save money. LOL

Couple set perfume as V's gift.
I love the bottle. It looks so elegant. It also smells elegantly.

Celebrated our first round belated V's Day in Senju Tei.

-Everyday is a Valentine Day for me when I'm with you-

The year of a Snake

This year Chinese New Year was quite dull and boring.
The more I grew, the more I lost the excitement.
But one thing that I like about this year's CNY was that I managed to hang out with most of my Secondary school friends. I still remembered the past year, I had to celebrate CNY while reading law books for the finals which was just right after CNY. Ughhh...
What a mood spoiler.

Day One

Celebrated at my late maternal grandparent's place.
No gambling this time. Just more to chit chatting and eating.
Had a family reunion again that night (had a CNY-Eve dinner the day before) in a restaurant.
I only had little photos this year.

That's it. Basically that's what I did for the first day.
O__O

Day Two

Can't remember what I did in the morning. probably went for some house visiting.
Had an open house invitation by Shawn during the night.

Pee Yin, Mei Liang and I

I'm using my lousy Olympus camera coz the boyfie took the camera back with him to his hometown.
That explains why I don't take much photos for CNY.

 Hong and Kengy

 The new couple.
Not that new afterall.

Went to Casa De Cafe for yumcha session after that.
Basically it's all about food food food and more food.

 Hong with Poh Huat

 With Sher Lyn

Day Three

Day three was one hell of a tiring day.
Visited friends house from 11.30am until about 5pm.
Picture sources are all taken from iPhone 5. Credits to Kenny Ong. Sorry for misusing your phone to capture my shameless face. haha.

 Such a bad hair day.

With the ONG's
All of us are from the ONG family. Muahahahahaha!!
Semua lawa-lawa belaka kan? :P

 Chiew a.k.a PSY

 Wilson

Had another round of family reunion dinner on Day Three.
:D
Enjoyed my day to the maximum.

 Day Four and on-going

I had to work on Day Four. No extra holidays given.
Sad case.
No more house visiting except for Day 6. Wilson had a small open house where he only invited minimum amount of friends to his place.

Lepak at Station 1 until 2am before heading back home.

In a way, I do enjoy my simple CNY by hanging out and do some catching up with old friends.

February is such a joyful month filled with eventful events.
I'll blog about my Valentine's Celebration in my next post.
Till then.
Adios peeps.
